I personally like the Unknown Radar item. It shows me everything. Distance, direction and even action (walking, sitting, flying, etc.). I have a flight feather and that's all I need. My suggestion to everyone, search for free versions first before buying. The free ones might be good enough for your needs and if you still want more features then that's the time to buy one.
