I believe the other users have been paid too. But too bad the paid rates per region is currently decreasing. When I just started out, I get even get up to 0.6L per region I explored. But I am now lucky if I can hit 0.4L per region. HoppyPay is sooo buggy as of the moment. I wasted my time exploring for about 15 minutes to get 15L$ and when I got to click the "Pay me" button, I did not receive any.
