My lungs is on steroids
Earlier, I rushed into a clinic because I’m having a hard time breathing. It seems that I just don’t have broncho pneumonia but it’s my asthma again. This time, my set of lungs is a lot weaker.
The doctor tested my breathing and obliged me to get a chest x-ray for my check up again next week. After finding out that the air that pass through my lungs is not enough or the air I breathe isn’t enough, she now requires me to take steroids for my lungs!
Prednisone
On the left is the picture of prednisone. Which is according to Wikipedia:
“Prednisone is a synthetic corticosteroid drug that is usually taken orally but can be delivered by intramuscular injection and can be used for a great number of different conditions. It has a mainly glucocorticoid effect. Prednisone is a prodrug that is converted by the liver into prednisolone, which is the active drug and also a steroid.”
After my illness, I would like to get back to posting regularly again. I miss blogging already. I just hope that I can get well soon.
If you liked this post, buy me a coffee. (Suggested: 3$ for a Caffè Mocha or 6$ if ever I have a date.)

oh my gosh, I hope you get better very soon! : ((((
I wish you well soon too. I’m only beginning to take my first steps in SL and it seems that you’re well in advance of me. I hope to learn a lot off you. Get well soon. Once there’s a diagnosis and a treatment for your illness it’s not so bad.
Baby! How could this happen? So, get well immediatly, or I’ll come there where you are and buy you that coffee indeed!
Get well soon!Take good care of yourself.
I wish you a speedy and complete recovery. I am a fellow asthmatic (adult onset after 24 years of free breathing). Speak to your Doctor about Symbicort turbuhaler, it really helped improve my quality of life.
Anyway hang tough, I know how much a bad attack can hit you emotionally not just physically.
[...] I’ve been sick for a while now. Wasn’t able to post about free lindens for a while and even about making money through blogging. However, as I checked just now, it seems that even if I am gone, I’m still making money. [...]
I’m definitely not a doctor, so ask yours before trying it, but my aunt has a ton of problems with asthma and she bought a Powerlung and said it helped a ton. I guess it exercises the lungs somehow by breathing into it and over time they get stronger and healthier.
Anyway, sorry to hear you’re feeling bad - get well soon!
It’s a prescribed medication actually. Thanks for reminding.
