Apparently there were questions if the same person who won the prize last week will be the winner again. Well, it seems that no one truly reads the rules.

To clarify, I write down the names of those who are in the top commentators list and draw them. So the 8 people who showed up there have an equal chance of winning 500L$ a week. The thing is, the previous winners can win again if they always stay at that list since their name will be part of that draw.
