Free blogging services
If you are willing to make money online and earn free lindens through blogging, you should have first a blog. There are tons of free blogging services out there and I hope the list below will give you a good start.
And if you really are serious that you want to earn money from blogging, get your own dot com. It’s a good investment and a dot com lets your readers know that you are serious on the service you give them.
How do I make money online and earn free lindens through blogs?
I’ll start with the free lindens since almost all of us are Second Life Residents. Free linden dollars are everywhere, through blogging, I can advertise them and at the same time earn linden dollars from Affiliate programs such as First Opinions’, Earn2Life and of course, SlamX.
Another way is from the advertisements and reviews. I charge an Ad placement for 12,000L$ on the sidebar to the right and one of those is from the Baroness herself, Anshe Chung’s Anshex, where you can buy and sell linden dollars. The price on the reviews are based on how ReviewMe priced a review from this blog.
You can do the same thing if you are confident enough that you get a regular number of visitors and pageviews.
…then there is Real life money making programs
There are real life ads as well that you see in Chino Yray dot Com. My last check from Google for the month of August is 200$ US. Google’s Adsense is currently my 5th biggest money maker (top 3 from SL, top 4 is ReviewMe) especially since Advertisers can directly advertise at Chino Yray dot com through google through my own advertise here page
Other Real Money makers are Auction Ads, Amazon.com and Text Link Ads (those featured sites you see)
Traffic is everything
My very weapon for this is Google.com and other search engines out there. Most stumbled here through google search and Yahoo! search. This is through Search Engine Optimization, read more of Search Engine Optimization here.
So no traffic = no money.

I would like to comment on SLAM-X
They change their site constantly and nobody has a clue how to get their L$ out of the site. The ATM cards don’t work at all. Right now, I have over 17000 lindens in my account and they’ve changed the site so we cant even see our accounts anymore.
It’s an absolute joke. Terribly unprofessional.
I spent time and money promoting them and they dont deliver. I want my 17000L$. If any SAM’s from SLAM-x are reading this, smarten up and start being professional.
Do you even bother to read their recent announcements? They have start to distribute the lindens.
But again, if you want to actually earn a lot of money, I suggest you stay away from slam-x for now. They are not going to paid you a lot unless you pumped some money into them (like ex-irest or the rata coins)
I wonder how Slam-x will be effected by the latest ban on banks and ATM’s that offer Interest?
looks black for investors if this goes down the pan because they cannot opperate on SL
Nice ad! SLAM X was down for the weekend but hopefully its back up now : ) I think after all of the maintnance is done there will be alot of new features up for users.
